They looked great early on in the season, but have faded considerably since then. Even tonight, despite winning, they weren’t really that impressive. With all the mistakes the Cowboys made, they would’ve been punished more by the better teams, imo. That said Cronulla were my pre season tip to win the comp, but not looking likely now.

Watching the Wahs v Phins game there’s a lot to be said for quality players in your footy side. The difference between their squads and ours is so blatantly clear that we may as well be in a different comp. You can blame the coaches for performance all you want but it’s pretty obvious that you need guys who can make something from nothing.
