Dismal across the board. We got more for our week 1 semi against the Cows than for all of this week’s games except Souths v Knights which attracted only 1,500 more than that 2005 game despite all the Newcastle fans travelling.

In my opinion, this has been a very poor first week of Finals.
So many halves missing on every team. Even your top team in Penrith has an unknown 5/8.
Dolphins seem the most settled surprisingly.
The lack of ticket sales represents that too. I know the cost of living is hitting everyone, but this is quite bad.

Tough and tight without being spectacular. What I would call an old fashioned semi final.
But I will say that I enjoyed it, especially compared to the crap we usually serve up.

Personally glad - as a spectacle they are better to watch with him than without..

Penrith with all their success not selling out a 30k stadium against another Sydney team is pretty amateurish. I know we bang on about it being a TV game but outsiders looking in will definitely judge a crowd on face value
The ticket prices are ridiculous that’s the only thing I’ll give them… but if us, Parra, Dragons, Dogs are in the same situation I guarantee it sells out in a couple days.
Penrith really just seem like a small club. Hopefully one day we can flip the script and get the bigger Sydney teams in the finals

Might be worth it. They’ve got some Mchappy meal deals haven’t they? And Mt Druitt - perhaps a block of 4 - the club’s first purchase- maybe we could get the first homeowners grant from Albo?
Worth a look. He’d certainly change our packs dynamic.
