They’ll have Chambers and NAS back too.

That will be the key.

That’s why I thought if they won tonight, they’d win the comp. Full strength in the prelim, at home. Will take a good side to beat them.

I will never come to terms with the fact some teams and not others can play all their semis at home…just another facet of the unevenness of the comp that leaves a sour taste in my mouth as much as any time Melb win

Conceding 28 points in a semi isnt very good though and hopefully their next opponent makes them pay for this

Seeing them compete fight and struggle in every single tackle shows me how far behind we are from being a serious threat and also leaves a bad taste

Storm fans ..LOL

What's wrong with the home semis? They are earned are they not?

I agree re the fans, that was a really poor crowd for a Friday evening home semi against a good opponent. High 20s it should be. They got 20K in the last round v Penrith and 25K against Warriors, though the latter was prob 10K Kiwis.

The fact that some clubs get "home ground advantage" at their actual home ground whereas if Manly, Dragons, Penrith etc earn home finals they are not permitted to play them on their actual home grounds unlike Storm, Broncos, Warriors, Cowboys etc. That stinks. Typical of the NRL though….get the competion as uneven as possible in terms of a fair go for all clubs. It is the have's vs the have-not's.

What a great game game of footy.
As soon as Reynolds and Inglis feign injury every time they get tackled hard, cant cheer for the Bunnies.

That shot Inglis wore on the ribs would have killed to be fair.

Best game of the year. For a high scoring game there was still plenty of brutal defence.

If Souths get the Dragons,Penrith or Auckland next week they will win easy.

Storm are one hell of a team, nowhere near full strength and a lot weaker outfit than last year on paper, but they continue to produce the goods. The secret to their success is, every player has a role and they all do it well. Would love a Dale Funcane at the Tigers. Unlike others I don’t hate the Storm

They’ll be getting the Broncos

Yes it was a great hit. As good as Inglis is, I feel he likes to dish it out, but cant cop it back.
He consistently gets away with plenty on the field - the walking off the mark does my head in, and he is always on the refs ear.
Great talent - but irritates me no end.

Didn't they used to have home games at the smaller Sydney grounds? And they werent big enough.

We want to grow crowds of 25K+ for these semis, not play at venues that max out at 22K.

You are being sensationalist as well - as if the Warriors and the Cowboys are in the "haves" column when compared to the revenues of Penrith or Bulldogs, or the corporate support of the Roosters.

You can relocate to Perth if you want to cultivate a true home-ground advantage.

FAR OUT!!! two finals so far and Voss commentating both of them. He drives me flipping nuts! Never shuts up and focuses on trivial crap! But no ads so what do you do?

“Never shuts up”

Not really an option when you a television broadcaster.

He does have other people in the box!

Also - it’s TV. Silence is ok - remember Richie Benaud?

Richie was a cricket commentator wasn’t he? Pace of both sports is vastly different.

And you’d really rather listen to Anasta and Blocker? He’s doing us a favour by not shutting up.

I know its logistically impossible and not feasible, but its not fair, some clubs get an advantage over others…sensationalism or whatever
Go figure, last night drew 17000

I’d rather listen to nails scraping down a blackboard than Voss but anyway - different opinions are ok. Go Warriors!!
