So I didn't read the fine print and live matches are not available overseas.

Cancelled immediately, thank god for the free trial. Will probably go back to pirating matches.

I thought there was a similar service for overseas jurisdictions. At least there was a couple of years ago.

According to the Site, they suggest subscribing to the pay-tv provider in your region. Setanta in my case. Which seems like a very 'Rupert' thing to do.

Yep you are right. I used Livestream when I was in the US on a trip. It does not work in Hong Kong where I am currently working. As we have a Foxtel account we setup a VPN connection and fire up Foxtel Go and watch Foxtel in HK. Pretty happy with it.

If by free you mean.
