Still think he needs to work on defense but wow, he is so fast!'

Chee-Kam looks comfortable out there, will be safe in 2016.

Not sure about Hunt but Littlejohn is the best depth half we've had in a long time.
Didn't like his attitude when I witnessed him acting like a fool but he is a lot better than Drinkwater.

Addo-Carr is quick. I can see us having a quick backline this year assuming he plays. The issue will be how well they defend.

You'd have to think he has a niggle. He was easily our best yesterday.
 
That Maxwell decision cost us 11 points because they scored right off the next set…

Though mind you if we didn't pick plodders like Milone we would have been much better off.
Did you see how many tackles he wasted by running straight at a defender? Bloke's Ron Massey Cup level at best.
 
Heleta, Milone and Lovett they just don't have enough edge to their game to be NRL players. At other clubs they'd be NSW cup or worse. To compete we simply have to replace players like that with players with, you know, actual talent.

I also think Justin Hunt has the taste of Daniel Fitzhenry about him. I can see him keeping Addo-Carr out of first grade for ages while plodding while Addo-Carr scores 3-4 tries a game in NSW cup and we whinge about it.

Terrible defense mate,
Needs a lot of work.

But he's defo one to keep an eye on for the future.
If he sorts out the D - he'll be guaranteed first grader.

Hunt is average.
Heleta, Milone & Lovett are rubbish.

Addo-Carr needs work but he is young and could be anything.
I wouldn't have Hunt in the full strength top 17 atm but I wouldn't have JAC either at the moment.

Rankin for vacant win with JAC working on defense, he'll get his chance one day.

Yes, the pros and cons of Koroibete may also apply with Addo-Carr.

The defensive coaching of Bellamy therefore likewise.
 
Addo-Carr was impressive today, but he needs Nsw cup experience against full grown men. He maybe dangerous when in space but he can't defend and doesn't look physically strong. He'd cost more points then he'd create.

I thought Buchanan had went decent and looked promising (we said that last year at the 9's though). I'm excited to see sue this year within our pack, he looked stronger and fitter, as did Simona niquama and I think hunt and Chee Kam will be a great buys for us, they were both more then solid.

I hope Littlejon applies pressure to brooks and Moses he is looking a lot more improved then last year and a decent kicking game.

Our defense wasn't the best the boys looked like they wanted to use their shoulder in tackles today and tried to hit hard which is a good change.
Still too many errors though !!

Milone is a mess and who was our #18?

#18 was Heleta.
He's copped a hammering today, mostly for that pass and deservedly so.
But he was good in the limited chances he got yesterday and is generally far better than he has been this weekend.
