Hynes run and try assist for Cooper Johns 1st try was nice
He made that look easy
Everything is in slow motion but it works

I thought the last pass was forward but that shouldn't detract from the class lead-up play.

It went about 6 metres forward. Yet the refs and touchies can see one of our blokes throw a pass that goes an inch forward. Unbelievable how they missed that one tonight.

Don't know if it was discussed live, but no mention by commentators in the highlights. Do they just see past these obvious errors for teams outside of the top 4?

There was no mention of the forward pass in the live call champion @rustycage. Happens all too often, you wait for someone to mention what's obvious but then nothong. Imagine if that was a grand final.

Voss and Alexander called it forward on second viewing

Oops! Thanks champion @Geo - must have been putting the kettle on and missed that bit. Still, I get cranky at selective commentary - forward passes are a pet gripe of mine.

I don't mind them either now that cammy has gone

If it's between Storm and Panthers for the title give me Storm every day of the week.

Don’t you think that’s getting rather boring? I’d love to see a new team win the comp, even if it is the Panthers - honestly they deserve it.

I wouldn't mind seeing them get rolled in the GF again TBH. It's really what Ivan deserves.
It's starting to get interesting to see how many regular season games in a row they can win while still losing the 1 game that matters. 3 or 4 seasons of that would be a treasured memory for the absolute cowardly way Ivan shafted our club.

It's pretty hard for touch judges to call those ones on open breaks because they have to be pretty much level with the play to call it, plus they have to factor in the amount of forward drift that's going to be on a pass made at that speed.
