11-2 penalty count. 2 forward passes let go. Massive moment with the downtown offside. Panthers are blessed. I have areal issue with unintentional bias. Our officials are weak and have been for a long time. Panthers we’re ‘managed’ home tonight. No doubt.

It was good to see Souffs not get all the calls like they usually do.

Nah, I don't like it.

I know it isn't, but it needs to be a fair playing field.
Consistency is key.

Those calls tonight were pitiful.
I'd be filthy if I was a Souths fan.
Not just because I don't shower either...

The ref decided the outcome tonight, as they do.
But it was blatant and obvious.
Makes the game very unenjoyable even as a neutral viewer that isn't fond of either team.

Both teams are filth.

However - Souffs losing has made my weekend as it does every weekend they lose.

Just a bunch of scumbags.

Oh! they didn't get the calls (you mean like us) too bad. The Souffs scum can go and cry in their sooky little pillows. Luv IT!!!!!!!!!

I don’t have a bias either way (unless it’s Tigers). I’m just fed up with officiating that decides games and I’m speaking out about it (too much maybe) tonight. South’s we’re in this game and momentum swung through no fault of their own.

I have been saying for a very long time that refs decide games, i am sure you remember when the referees awarded souffs their last premiership. They allowed the unco brothers to do whatever mayhem they liked on the field and every time the uncos spilled the ball which was very often they were awarded a penalty from the tame referees. This happened every week against all teams. In fairness they could have won the premiership anyway but the refs made sure the "fairy tale" happened.
The filth of the league are only matched by the eels in my dislike of teams

The Super Golden Immortal delivered again.
The 2021 still understrength premiers beat a top of their game Souths.
Souths have to be the filthiest team in the comp. Mitchell ,Walker and Gagai could be penalised every tackle for niggle they dish out. The refs just let them get away with it.

The refs chose to let Penrith get away with a lot too...

I agree especially with the players you chose to mention, ultimate grubs.

I think Luai and Crichton are slimey too.
Throw in Api and Kikau too.
A lot of gronks in that team.

Is Crichton really that good too?
Media love him....

I think Souths got caught up in the niggle and it cost them big especially those 3 mentioned above , probs throw in kolomontangi too .good to see

Gould provided the best commentary. His comment that the Panthers played a consistent grinding style of football to win is hard to argue with. As soon as the Panthers got the sniff of the weakness on the wing for Souths, it was all over. As good teams do, they took full advantage. Well played. I could only imagine WTs playing as well as the Panthers.

I hope Madge encourages the boys to play some footy today, to do that the forwards need to rip and tear, we have been too conservative in these do or die games in recent years. Go out and win by 40 boys and fix up our for and against. 🤞

That was a classic game by Panthers, definitely the 50/50 calls didn't help Souths but the Panthers were on top for the entire 2nd half anyway.

Munster, DCE and Cleary have been the best players in their wins this round. The halves are going up a gear 3 weeks out.

Don't forget Renno - nice face massage on Crighton.

AND walking off the mark to PTB, just about every tackle and then pushing the marker backwards or keep walking after the PTB taking the marker out. They do it all the time and never a word is spoken - I'm tired of it! (Then again they are the scum of the league since 1909).

Ivan mentioned JFH could have played but he thought he’d save him for next week. Nice to see which teams the Top 2 sides really respect

From memory, he wasn’t much of a problem, but the lads who were missing will be?

Has a vendetta to settle

Commentators get it through your thick skulls. You can’t whack someone in the head, either deliberately or accidentally. It’s just not on.

Am I wrong here? Didn't they say the challenge is "unsuccessful" and Parra didn't retrieve their challenge for the knock on earlier??

taking the hate for Moses and his ego out of it...at least he actually drives a team around the park. Barks orders and demands the ball.

Must be nice.
