They have beaten 2 sides that will fight it out for the spoon and got flogged by the sharks. Wish we had their draw to start with. They might still fall in to the 8 but they are not a great side.

Our draw to start feels like it was created by our worst enemy . Our 4 bogey sides the first 4 rounds . It’s the same as the redraw last year , we went from a relatively easy draw to the absolute hardest . I will say though once we get through these first 5 rounds we go through long periods of not playing the top sides , there’s a chance we can build momentum and confidence .

Would we beat Manly? I’m not so sure.

I think we would and would do it rather easily tbh. Might just be because I hate manly so much though but I think they’re definitely playing the worst out of every team in the comp!

We've got a hard draw to start, but hopefully our combinations will gel and we'll finish strong instead of crashing badly like we seem to do so often.

I rate Griffin as a coach and I think saints could give the 8 a nudge, which is unfortunate because that is a team most thought we wouldn't have to worry about to fight it out with for a top 8 spot.
