I'd say so, that's exactly how I did my ACL. Tried to stop and knee kept going.

I did mine at basketball and went back on after 5 minutes... Lasted until the first time I needed my knee. It's a weird injury, excruciating when you do it and a few minutes later feels fine - but it's not.

Obviously we completely broke the rorters last week. They'll take a few weeks to recover from the bashing we gave them.....

Bwaith just said that the Roosters look hungover from their last match.. I thought it was only the fans that the Tigers drove to drinking.

It was all the running they did. Certainly wouldn’t have been the amount of tackling.

It was a pretty intense training run for them.
