I know it’s really childish on my part but I find no joy in watching Papenhyuzen and JAC carve up every week. I honestly wish they’d have a bad game once in a while.

They are too good not to enjoy watching

I'm sure it's been said by many, but the NRL is in big trouble this year. It's great seeing the skills of Mitchell, Paps and Teddy, but these matches are dire. Typical scoreline seems to be about 38-6 these days and even in early stages of matches you can see that scoreline coming. How did it get so bad? Is it that the new rules just make it hard for bad teams to have a good day? Even then, that doesn't really fully explain it to me. Rarely seen such predictable results.

Great coach this walters.
First coach sacked

I think Barrett and Des will make a race of it. Payten too.

Des has been there a while so he'd be on the block, whether the other coaches are doing a good job or not it'd be unlucky to get sacked given how little opportunity they have had with their rosters. That said, Payten seems to be making his situation a bit messy by calling out players. Don't see how that helps a team.

The NRL do need to rethink how they even the teams out.

There is a massive difference between the the contenders and the others.

When a player like Cronk goes to the Roosters rather than a team that needs him, there is a problem.

The NRL talent pool has diminished over the last few years ..
Stronger clubs manage to hang onto there star players and also have the means to acquire the better players ..
My 2 cents
