Nope that's not how it works and tbh if people are fair dinkum which I think all participating are bias won't come into it you will vote the player not the coach..

Just put a time frame (Deadline) on each voting stage.

No that wouldn't work either because people playing ie us will vote every time..say another forum member votes ..vote for fullback but then goes awe stuff it and goes into isolation never to vote again the numbers are skewed..

Of course they are free to give their opinion but when it comes to actual votes it’s those playing…

How is it biased under the current system? You can’t vote for your own players.

Yes I know......but if you had something against happy......then you wouldn't vote as high if someone else had that player
