The “won’t forget this” was a play on Geo and I conversation about how I’d been getting a few stiff votes previously on bad positional choices, I just found this exceptionally odd given that every body else is in agreement about Taumalolo. It’s got nothing to do with it being my choice.

I’d still rate Lily’s players just as fairly and on the same criteria I have so far.. who would seriously stoop so low, been very competitive so far!

Some of these are really tough to split. Particularly when you have to decide which ones are at the bottom of the list. There isn”t lock on that list I don’t rate.

Yep this was the hardest one so far in terms of them all being quality

Agree with you both..I have found that from the start TBH..the top 2-4 sort of speak for themselves in each position but from then on in it gets tough to split them...you could make an argument either way..

I think players that have been retired a few years are at a disadvantage. Dean Young and Ashley Harrison were great players, but they aren’t as fresh in people’s minds.

Yeah that's true too..but they are up against some strong competition here..

But there are some players long time retired get votes as well based on rep..Wendell for ex played 0 games in the decade yet ranked quite highly 2nd or 3rd in his batch from memory...

Lote has a spot in our hearts, Benj too... surprised that Vatuvei went so well

As you said about Hayne, Benj’s had some purple patches, but 2010-2020 has been far from his best, and the least amount of time at our club interestingly... I wonder if Keiffy missed out ?
