Last year’s series was a good quality. Unfortunately with a shortened season and their grand final on NRL GF day not much room for a series during the season.

Daley must do the selections for the Womens SOO as well.

Must have drew marbles to see what positions they play as well, Kezie was the incumbent second rower and has been for a while but is on the bench in game 1 replaced in the starting side by Penitani Gray who was last years five-eighth in origin and plays centre at club level.

Penitani Gray is a great player but really shifting a centre-5/8th to the forwards to fit someone else into the halves, could imagine the uproar if Benji put Samuela on the bench to start Starford in the second row.

It is absolutely crazy and disrespectful to have a womens SOO game before their season has even started.The wrong decisions continue to be made at the highest levels of our game.

she works for fox sports too doing some commentary work so they probably thought they have to fit her in somewhere lol

I can see that possibility working but the the selection that baffles me is Millie Elliot selected as a starter. Didn’t play last year as pregnant. I can understand holding a club position but surely it’s a kick in the face to any of the girls that showed form last year
