Might be a forced change Glenn Stewart probable damaged knee ligaments 2-4 weeks depending on the severity of injury

He would be a big loss imo Played well Game 2

Ben Creagh should come into the starting team… Perfect replacement, Mr Mad For Origin!

Here's one from left field Jayson Bukuya

I reckon he is perfectly suited to SOO

Bukuya is a queenslander

Are you sure ?? You just don't have to give him to us

What's his junior club??

Stuart on NRL on Fox said the following about Stewart's replacement:
-Stewart will be given every chance to prove his fitness
-If he is out it will be a straight swap, Lewis, Watmough and Creagh will all be on the bench again as he felt his bench was on of the big successes in game 2
-The replacement will be someone with origin experience not a debuton, as he felt it a decider at Suncorp was not the best time to give someone their debut if he could avoid it
-If Tony Williams plays against Parra this weekend, impresses and gets through the game a-ok he will be likely to get the jersey
-If T-Rex doesn't get through it, Beau Scott and Ryan Hoffman are the two most likely to get the spot as they have origin experience
-Nathan Hindmarsh would be a bolter as Sticky feels his experience would be vital and Hindy wouldn't let anyone down

In short, Stewart is still the first choice, but if he misses out it would be between Williams, Scott, Hoffman and Hindmarsh

Wouldn't mind seeing Hoffman get a crack if Stewart is out. I know people have said that Scott played well in Origin last year, but he and practically all the St George forwards are really down on form this year. I think Hoffman would have more to offer than Scott.

wouldnt mind hindy there tbh. even though i personally hate the bloke, he will as ricky said, wont let anyone down + his defense would be very valuable in the latter stages of the game.

sorry for the late reply happy.

from the sharks player profiles:
Junior Clubs: Apsley/Norths Brisbane

also this article from last year about his possible selection in the maroons emerging squad: http://www.couriermail.com.au/sport/cronulla-forward-jayson-bukuya-in-frame-for-queensland-emerging-origin-spot/story-e6frep5o-1226096330009

second thought, there is no one who can replace stewart, maybe lewis to some extent.

lewis to the 2nd row, ball playing second rower like stewart, and ennis on the bench imo.

all 2nd rowers are 80 minute players and u already got 2 backrowers on the bench.

Why?

Has he honestly impressed you this season?
He is nowhere near good enough.

All of the Storm forwards have played above average this year, otherwise they wouldn't be where they are. Hoffman is quality and I reckon he would step it up even more in Origin. Certainly a better choice than Scott, but that's just my opinion

In my opinion Hoffman is a Ben Creagh clone. He rules a little corridor on one side, which is great at club level, but he never made the transition to rep level. I wouldn't pick him for this one.
