Soft try; looked like a poor effort from Fitzgibbon but it's a little hard to tell from the fixed camera angle.

Down 12 nil. We haven't had much of the ball. Leilua having a shocker at least one bad play the ball and his Penrith opposing centre ran around him to score the first try.

Panthers with 85% possession in the first 20. Up 18-0. Magpies conceding 4 bad Knock one, 4 penalties and 4 restarts. Absolutely woeful, completing at 20%>

Wests have slowly wrestled their way back into the game but a really ‘off’ performance so far. They trail Penrith 18-4 at half time. Freebairn & ZDC have shared hooking duties while Junior Pauga has moved to fullback toward the end of the half with Kiah Cooper back to the wing

Simpkin would be playing regardless of whether Liddle picked up an injury. Far more likely Simpkin himself has a niggle.

I don't know if they'd play him if they knew they needed him for next week.

I would be stunned if the Maggies came back here. They look very ordinary today. Since coming back this year Walters has looked average at this grade so I doubt he ever comes back into our first grade side.

Another absolutely soft try. Penrith aren't even doing anything good. Just bigger, stronger. The Magpies aren't putting their body on the line and are just getting bullied.

He has blown two tries with forward passes. Terrible.
