Staines running hard, straight with speed up the middle to break us up. He has been doing that abit this year. Something our backs don’t do.

Panthers are far too good here but wow our halves are terrible.

Camroux last tackle options in the attacking 20m zone are terrible. He has been tackled 2 times on the last without passing /kicking it. His defense isn’t any better. Very long way off.
Taipari looks like he is playing the wrong side his left to right passing are slow lob style passes.
Tuki & James did a good job early but thats about it.
Tupou looks lost on the wing.
Panthers perfect example of everyone running hard and straight. The kicking game for them has been terrible but they have a simple gameplan, not much phase or special moments just alot of hard running getting us in trouble.

Staines watch 1st half and he is running hard, support play is good running up the middle would have over 100mtrs already with 2 clean breaks.
He is very busy standing behind the hooker all 1st half as well and each play then moves out quickly ready to support the forwards.
His option taking when in the clear needs some work though doesn’t look like a natural ball player. He is a natural ball runner though.

Hard to stand out in a team this bad and I might be a bit too hard on him but I haven't seen anything to suggest that Camroux is NRL bound from the cup and flegg games I've seen this season.
Can certainly see why Camroux was let go earlier this year by a club
that has literally no halves.
He's beyond terrible....
I don't see anything in him that gets him close to first grade.
Though, In this team - He's not on his own.

Panthers are clearly the more skilful and classy side...but gee some of the efforts from our boys have been absolutely disgusting.

Liddle has been worse today
It’s a strange setup as 1st half Jake was Hooker & Liddle lock, 2nd half they swapped around.
Don’t understand the logic.
Trying to get rid of both of them equally...

4th tackle and 3 players still yet to get back onside.
Thats the 5th time this half that at least 2 players haven’t been onside by the 4th tackle. Tumeth, James and Liddle the worst offenders of this.
We even had a penalty and took ages for them to get onside from halfway. Just zero urgency.
The coaching needs an overhaul at this level for next year.

Staines really showing his worth as a backup fullback. Looks way better than any option we have behind Laurie atm.
Tupou has had no urgency all game...similar to the start of the year.

If we are after Staines he is a mile of a step up in quality from the backs we have in reggies.
