Good to see Balmain as the club with the highest representation out of all the clubs in the state! Bodes well for the future!! Magpies have a player too.

Anyone know which club, if any, the Western Sydney Academy of Sport is aligned to?

These are the players who have been selected for this Tuesday nights NSW Under 16s Possible V Probables trial at Leichhardt Oval.

The match will commence at 6.30pm and players are required to assemble between 5:00pm–5:30pm in the main dressing room at Leichhardt Oval.

The NSW Under 16s side set to take on QLD prior to Game One of the Origin series will be chosen off the back of this match and also the National Final game between the Newcastle Knights and Northern Pride later this weekend.

Western Sydney academy is affiliated with penrith..
Don't get too excited, see how many players actually get selected. Balmain had a dream draw in Harold matts, hence big trial numbers. Let's just wait to see how many make it

and Parra, they field 12 each, it is slightly smaller than other squads.

Penrith and Parra actually fill a heap of those squads, the y obviously have a team each, they split the academy and than prob provide an additional 20-30 players to other clubs who have been either picked up by other clubs or players go there after missing out..

Even looking at the Balmain guys from that squad ,Attwood is from the Brothers club in Penrith and I think that Adam Risq is from the Parra district (could be wrong with him thou, certainly goes to school at Parra Marist)
