wingers , i said on a previous comment that i would have given grant a crack on the bench in the top grade but one of these wingers would be good on the bench , give them a taste , just incase we have any injuries to our standard wingers , would be better than no taste and a call up in the semis or the last round

Decent looking side. Another new halves combo but good to see Kyle Lovett move back to the backrow. Penrith will be a tough challenge though. Pretty sure they're placed above the Tigers at the moment.

On top of the comp Willow.

I agree with the comments re the wingers getting a look in top grade too.

Still no Jordan Marshall, must be a bad concussion.

Glad to see Connor Toia back in the side he was close to MOM last time he played but had Rudolph and Miller in front of him back then and has had to wait till now. I think they will beat the Panthers comfortably with this combo, very strong out wide, Lovett where he should be and a good looking bench with Brodie Munro there.

How is Groat going since being back in the NYC?

Made less than 40 metres in attack last week. Stats would suggest his form is way down on where it needs to be.

The Tigers also have a better for and against than the Panthers so hopefully they can knock them over twice this season considering the Panthers have only had 3 losses all year.

I think we have gone backwards since we moved Rudolf out of the halves to fullback, Id like to see him back at 6, and bring back Rowe or move Noafluma to fullback.

Was Fifita-esque in the way he ran cross field on every hit up last week. Expected more from him.

I would have to agree on this count

Unfortunately that hit from Teo knocked the confidence right out of him. Reminiscent of when O'Meley floored Gibbs years ago, his confidence took a battering from that.

These guys are getting hammered with penalties most weeks -seems to me they have upset the refs
Also all the 50/50 s go against them
Poor ball handling let them down last week
Groat appears much slower and has no impact on the defensive line and is running across the field

Marshall-King missed a week from being concussed during the roosters game and has been sick with the flu for the last couple of weeks.

My only question mark is Connor Toia at 6\. He tends to be a little too kick happy at times! If he can channel his urges n make the right choices it could b a good day in the halves!

And Sitaleki Akaoula has been stood down for disciplinary reasons as highlighted in Todd's Blog this week.
