Wests Tigers NYC Holden Cup Coach Brett Kimmorley has named his side to take on the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs for their Round 8 clash this Friday night.

Kickoff for the match is scheduled for 5:30pm at ANZ Stadium.

After two straight defeats in recent weeks to the New Zealand Warriors and Canberra Raiders, Kimmorley’s side will be keen to bounce back with a winning performance this weekend against the Bulldogs — a side they have already beaten earlier this year.

In a boost for the side, Junior Kiwi international Watson Heleta will return from injury in the centres, while winger Obed Karwhin will be keen to continue his good run of form, with another hat-trick on the weekend taking him to seven tries in his last four games.

Hmm, hopefully the boys can bounce back this week. There's some talent in this squad, but like FG, consistency is lacking and hopefully it's something Kimmorley can fix before it's too late.

Seve seems to be made of Glass. I hope the young fella's body comes good.

I believe he is suspended from the Souths game not injured Mccarry.

I think he's still got another 1-2 weeks for his tackle. Got 6 weeks back in Round 3 was it?

Why is Ceruto not put to the back over Marshall-King? is he injured or something?

would like that question answered as well, have seen Ceruto a few times he looks better than most in that backline.

16'— TRY TIME! @tylercassel95 puts a great shot on, forces the error and Karwhin runs away to score! 4-0, KTC.

17’— Woods misses the sideline conversion. We lead 4-0.

22'— TRY TIME! Brilliant from Mapesone as he runs it on the last, flicks to Martin, who fools all & puts Satterthwaite over!

23'— Superb off-the-cuff attacking play from our young guys there. Woods can't convert and we lead 8-0 over

32'— TRY TIME! Good hands to the right and Mapesone sends Tohi over for his first try of the game! 12-0, KTC

33'— Woods converts from out wide. We lead 14-0

HALF TIME — Wests Tigers 14 (Karwhin, Satterthwaite, Tohi tries; Woods 1/3 goals) lead Bulldogs 0\. Great start from our #NYC boys!

42'— Bulldogs try. Rogers crosses under the posts after some sharp handling back against the grain. We lead 14-4, KTC

46'— Good scramble from our boys in defence and Karwhin forces an error 30m out from our line. We'll have a scrum feed.

Mate your kiss of deaths are almost as bad as Willow's :roll

52'— Chance for the Bulldogs but they've been penalised for an obstruction close to the line and we'll work it out now.
