Off Contract players end of 2015

Jamal Idris may seek an early release with the Panthers.

Jamal is destructive when he's on, and this team could do with some much needed size & muscle across the park. He may be on a bit too much coin to pursue unless Lawrence ends up @ super league & Panthers cover some of his wage for 2016.
He's only 24, but has enough experience to help out the youngsters.

It is a risk coming off a serious knee injury, especially when he carries so much weight. But if he was cheap enough why not.

Even if Lawrence did go off to the UK, i imagine we'd probably still have to foot some of the bill. Just have to grin and bare it until next yr when he's off contract. Hopefully this time next yr we make a splash in the open market. All we'll be doing for next yr is signing lower graders if that. We're probably better off doing a list of players off contract at the end of 2016 instead.

Very much agree. We have to be realistic and accept the truth.
