Anyone reading the kennel on their Saturday and posting that nonsense here, jump on a train to the city, leave your phone at home, put a hundred in your pocket and go have some fun.

Seriously, I'm normally not going to hammer people for what they choose to do. However. Worrying about what a bunch of dogs fans think, please! You will get the same level of insight if you go and volunteer at a local charity, except instead of laughing at people in need, you will be helping them.

Yeh its true I have no life. But I want to find out what exactly moses signed for. Different numbers put up. I hope we didn't over pay him.

Even if you knew the exact amount, you won't know the value until he's played for us for a season or so. I'm sure if Ivan thought the puppy wuppys had got the best out of him and there was nothing else for him to develop he wouldn't have paid a cent.

And I'm sitting here steadily working through my alcohol reserves before I do dry July, so I also have no life!

How dillusional are some fans. So Bulldogs are asking for a swap of a player to release when we dont have too? Do they get that there the ones at the table with nothing? Its like losing a war then trying to gain perks out of the result even though you are in no position to demand. Haha. Leave Mbye there, I'd rather the dogs suffer honestly. Besides moses is still learning the fullback spot. Let him learn there for another half year. Can only benefit us.

No different to last year on our forum. Many were demanding Parra give us Gutherson in return for getting Moses early. Delusional. You can really only discuss players who are coming off contract. Pretty stupid and desperate for a club to give up a key player who is contracted for several more years, all for the sake of getting a player half a year early. Come the off season, you are down a key player, and for what?

The thinking with Gutherson was that it was not clear where Parra were going to play him given they had Norman in the halves (playing well at the time) and Bevan French at fullback (again, playing well). Parra made some bizarre recruitment decisions over the past 12 months.

Player swap would be smart Send Tui who won’t see game time and McQueen who may come good in the future.

WESTS Tigers coach Ivan Cleary says it is up to Moses Mbye if he wanted to join the club immediately with Cleary also failing to rule out getting ex skipper Aaron Woods back to the club.

Mbye inked a rich four year deal to join the Tigers after being granted a release from his deal at Canterbury from next season. But Cleary said the Tigers had room in their salary cap to sign Mbye immediately if the 24-year-old wanted to get out of the club.

Mbye is poised to join the Tigers next season.
“We can accommodate it,” Cleary told ABC Grandstand. “With these types of things it’s really up to the player first and foremost and the club he is at whether that’s going to work for those guys.

“We would love to have him in our squad now. I am totally respectful to that process mid-season changeovers.

“If that’s the way it turns out we would love to have him.”

Cleary has been unsettled on the fullback role this year with Corey Thompson and Tuimoala Lolohea sharing the roles.

It is understood the Bulldogs would not stand in Mbye’s way should he request an early exit as they continue to try and get their salary cap in order.

Woods has been mooted as a player who could also be moved on despite being just months into a four year deal. He was given permission to negotiate with rivals clubs with some movement on his future expected this week.

Could the Bulldogs lose Mbye this season?
It is thought Woods hopes to make a return to the club he captained last year. Cronulla are the frontrunners to sign the Test prop despite interest from the Eels.

“I don’t know the story there,” Cleary said. “I thought Aaron did a really good job for us once he made the decision to leave the club and go to the Dogs last year.

“I’ve got a good relationship with him but I don’t really know for sure what the story is. There is lots of innuendo around the Bulldogs, especially with people who are the higher end of the pay scale.

“I don’t have any update to give you on that one.”

How does a player swap ease their cap issues? If we send over player(s) of similar value to Moses contract that does not help Canterbury out of their cap problem…

It won’t help their cap issues, these are just stupid ideas coming from the Kennel.

from the SMH:

"Moses Mbye signed a four-year deal with Wests Tigers and is expected to make the move in the coming weeks, which will ease some of the salary-cap pressure at the Bulldogs. "
