Feel sorry for Pay. Like Potter and Taylor, on a hiding to nothing with no cap.

I understand how people feel for the dogs but no one cared about the Tigers when only 1 year ago we were in the same spot.. They should have to build themselves out of that mess just like we are doing.
We lost good players because of cap problems and its about time its not us..

I don’t care for the Dogs, but it’s hard not to feel for a rookie coach who gets thrown into that mess. Huge potential of going down the same road Potter did. At least Pay doesn’t have anyone there with the potential to white ant him I suppose.

True and agree..

I am just so glad that its not us again and hope we have turned a corner for the good..
I would love to hear tomorrow that Farah is back and we dont have to worry about ET been our hooker.. Mbye is a fantastic signing for us and can not wait for our next game.

JT walked into a roster with a lot of young talent in key positions. I would say it was a roster very light on depth but not light on quality.

Likes of Tedesco, Addo Carr, Moses, Brooks - Farah was the Origin hooker. Woods an Origin prop. Tedesco and Addo Carr currently in the NSW team. Most had us as a decent chance to make the finals in 2015 after a decent 2014 wher injuries destroyed us.

Pay doesn't have any talent in the spine left that I can see.

Isn't it funny, we are all bemoaning the gradual decline of the 2018 Wests Tigers, but Mbye is finding himself in a much more positive position than this time last week.

One mans trash is another man's treasure, hope it rubs off on some of the non performers from yesterday

My conclusion is these players are performing to there level it is just not at NRL level …the persons signing these players are the non performers!

Exactly because there is no there of rep material that he can cajole and insult by trying to stop them from being representatives. Because he could not also be one it was a decision that he will never have to make. Farah didn't start the fire…

Do you mean Ivan and Egan…?

Mbye thinks otherwise..

Couldnt agree with this more.

No one blinked an eye when we were in the same position. Dogs can stew in their mediocrity and go about their 5 year re-build.

To a lesser extent same goes for Manly,

Pay should get JT as assistant coach then he can have the biggest "white ant" in the business at the club.Nobody shafts people better than JT he has been doing it since he played for the magpies

Still don't understand why Dogs would let go of their best player this year. Anyway it is our gain.

Ennis ripped it right into the dogs about this last night, said they should have sold Klemmer, Jackson and Woods before Mbye as he was their only shining light in attack, he gave it the 6, 7 and 9 as well for having no idea how to score points.
Sad thing is, the dogs attack is about the same as the Tigers, 21 points less and played one game less, we need a huge improvement in our attack if we are entertaining the thought of finals footy

Thats because Dean Pay is another myth.

Bellamy, Bennett and the like would never have moved Mbye on.

He is an old style fool. They are doomed lol

I still remember ole JT slinking down the back stairs to get away from the press when the news broke of his sacking.

Ahh they’ve tried offloading Woods. No one wants him. Mbye is the only player they were really willing to trade that another club wanted.

Parra wanted Klemmer, made an offer, the dogs rejected it, and I am sure Jackson would have attracted interest from quite a few, but the dogs chose to sell Mbye, great move. :astonished:

Because Klemmer and Jackson were players that were off limits. Mbye was obviously not a priority. Don’t know why we’re complaining 😕
