Definitely some good ones on the horizon. Some decent centres too.

Halves still questionable.

I was impressed with Bula as well. Made some mistakes but he’s a strong runner.

Might make a decent winger.

Hard luck boys - the ref had red and white undies on.

Few of their tries straight off the back of poor decisions. Valevatu 'knock on' that went backwards straight after we got back to 14 - 12. The advantage where the Dragons player ran 10, put in a quick kick for his winger to score and it went out only to come back for our knock on and plenty of dubious penalties. In saying that though, we didn't defend our goal line well at all and did some stupid stuff (Tuki leaning with knees for example). Needed to be better with our season on the line.

A few players of note...
Kautoga - Great touches when we had the ball. Looked the most threatening player from both sides. Need to keep increasing his offensive invlovement.

Tuki - Apart from his stupid penalty, I thought he lead the pack well, making big metres and getting some nice offloads.

L. Saukuru - as someone earlier mentioned...he has come a long way this year. Looks good in both attack and defence. Handy goal kicker too. Lets hope he kicks on in 2023.

Tannous - First 30 mins of the game we barely had the ball and it killed his ability to do anything. However, the last 10 mins when we actually had some ball he looked lively and all of our attack/threat was going through him.

Matamua - Really like him in the ball playing lock spot. Some nice inside passes to props pushing forward at the line and then out the back. Good work rate too.

Other than this lot, some players had the odd glimpse, but failed to really stamp their mark on the game. Our halves were shown up big time by the Dragons 6 and 7. They showed them how to manage a game.

Thanks for the updates everyone. I was at a Fathers Day event and didn't watch it.

These 3 guys look like the best juniors we've had in years. Hopefully they are all in the first grade team next season.
