Old and New Tigers - Challenge Cup Final

What a garbage game that was…only thing worse than Miller & Holdsworth was the refereeing....turned off after an hour

I stuck it out to the end - it didn't get any better - plus the slippery conditions didn't help - the handling was atrocious for a game of this standard.

Fell asleep at half time, Eurosports coverage was pathetic, very disappointing, especially leaving nearly a whole beer untouched only to be flat when I woke up, flat just like the game!.

So how the Miller, Ellis and Richards play?….curious

Hull were never really in the game - every time they looked promising they would either drop the ball or put in poor kick options - Miller was quiet, Ellis spent a lot of time off the field with an injury and when he was on in second half didn't do anything. Richards played soundly, kicked well. Tompkins made a few good breaks and scored a good try. There were no real standouts - it was pretty lacklustre game.

Miller was terrible. Dropped balls, poor kicking game even threw a pass way into the grandstand.

If thats the showpiece of English Super League than rugby league is in a worse lace than i thought internationally.
NSW Cup level at best….

Parramatta would've beaten both teams.

Punting Miller was a good decision, he was absolutely rubbish.

Richards was fairly solid, good kicking (except for the opening kick off which went out on the full).

Ellis played like and injury prone old man, a cople of good hits and little more of note other than going off for a period for treatment to a rib injury.
