Farah wont be picked...they will make changes to the second row and maybe bench...

Bird or Barrett to come in for Lyon or maybe even put Gidley there to get God back to fullback....

Lawrence is out of form and stuggling to hold down a FG spot….

Lawrence made a few errors on the weekend but it was a far cry from a bad game. Defensively he was solid (that alone is more than can be said for Lyon), he scored a slashing try and he got a tough pass away to Tuqiri for a try. He also made some strong carries. He makes more than our forwards on most hit ups.

I wouldnt trade Lawrence (even on current form) for any other centre in the game, bar perhaps Inglis.

Well if it were me in charge of NSW I'd do a couple of things….

1\. I'd ban Andrew Johns, Phil Gould, the 'FOG's, the selectors and any softcoks that have infiltrated the blues Locker Room.
2\. I'd get rid of Kurt Gidley as Captain. (What an Embarrassment. He is the worst Origin Captain in History)
3\. I'd start picking some players that had some actual heart and mongrel.
4\. Lock those players in a room somewhere with a sufficient supply of grog.
5\. First Half, First Tackle, First Set, of game 2... I'd tell them to put the mother of all stinks on.

These Queenslanders think they have all the heart. Which is crap... Just total absolute crap. They haven't got heart, they have an inferiority complex. I refuse to accept defeat any longer. I've had enough. I want Queensland's blood. I want NSW to stop being gay, stop fighting amongst themselves and focus on killing those bloody cane toads. If i don't see anything less than a completely apocalyptic explosion from NSW in origin 2 than none of those players deserve to ever pull on the blue jersey again.

What the hell actually qualifies as Queensland Talent these days… I dunno man... Don't get me started

The Cane Toads have Half Inched some of NSW's best young players in Inglis and Folau. They were both born in NSW. They went to School in NSW, They both played their first Footy in NSW... so Its not like they are dinky died maroon blooded banana pickers who grew up eating cane toads in North Brisbane....Like Alfie Langer and Wally Lewis who are both true Queenslanders and learned how to play Footy using Fresh Pineapples. They Originated from NSW.

Neville Costigan is from Papua New Guinea, Sam Thiaday was born in Sydney. Willie Tonga was born in Canberra and started out as a kid playing Rugby Union in Cootamundra. QLD named Ben Teo as a reserve last week and he is a Kiwi who played his first football in new zealand. So don't give me this nonsense about "Talent", as if there is something magic in the water in queensland that gives their native sons mystical powers... not with that many people in your team who aren't actually Queenslanders. It defeats the whole purpose of 'origin'. Whats next?? A Pommie in a Maroon Jersey??

The truly great Queensland team of the 1980's would not have had anyone in it that was born or grew up in NSW. That would have been Heresy. They wouldn't have accepted Kiwis either. as it would'nt be the same. In the 80's and 90's it used to be, " Ok..You'e From NSW... I'm From QLD ..now lets smash the crap out of each other...". Now its more like "I was born in Sydney, Played for the Minto Cobra's as a kid and went to Westsfields sports high school, but yeah man im totally a Cane Toad thru and thru... go Queensland" pfft.

Having said all that it doesn't excuse this current NSW team from being a bunch of french cheese eating surrender monkeys.

I only hate Queenslanders around Origin time(… ya jackass...cough cough). I think the most ironic thing about the Cattledog call is that Tommy Raudonikis now happily resides in QLD.

Very quietly, I'm more than happy to admit Queensland is a great place. The first time I went on a p1ssup there I was supposed to be gone 3 days but stayed a month. It was tops. Queensland is the only other place in this country where you can enjoy a bit of proper Rugby League... instead of places like Melbourne or Adelaide where you usually wind up forced into listening to the locals rant on gAyFL and how it is so superior to League...

But its June and you are a Queenslander and therefore you stink and I hate you and everything you stand for.
