How did he know Mulitalo didn’t arrive in QLD until he was 14? Obviously way after his 13 birthday. Total disregard for the rules!

QLD have obviously breached the rules for some time (I'm Unsure if they apply to 16s & 18s, which he also played for QLD) but you know like if the rules are there and QLD have obviously broken them well that's hardly surprising and they've no one else to blame but themselves when they're enforced... But they're QLD ers so dunno what they're crying about
