It was well known that Wayne 'Snoopy' Collins is our defence coach and Shane Millard is our Attack coach. I wouldn't mind seeing the back of them. If half of them showed half the passion Madge has for this club. Seriously though, there is a serious lack of leadership in the joint it is embarrassing. If no one is able to stand up to Madge and tell it too him real if things aren't working then get rid of that whole leadership group bar AD. The dressing sheds says it all.

Snoopy is a real great guy and a great footy brain but game might've gone past him however a lot of it is to do with the players as well.

I believe it's the players. Reason why I say this is because, if you notice , when Snoopy goes on the field to relay a messages from Madge they are not even looking at him and seem disinterested in anything he says.

Sure, Madge may need to pull back somewhat and try a different approach to extract the high energy and teamwork necessary to win games, but he is not the problem. The on field performances are What you get from years of neglect and poor club management. All I ever read on here is “sack the coach” “sack the key players” buy a key player”. Seriously, it’s like putting bandaids on a melanoma.
If Sheens really is coming back then it’s an admission by the club’s power brokers that they finally want to get it right, but I wouldn’t bet on it?

I think it’s pretty clear that if Madge is going to have any chance at success, he has to bring in assistants with some tactical nous. I know the doco only shows a small sub-section of what happens at the club on a daily basis but the assistants don’t really show much. They just agree with Madge and don’t seem to offer any insight or analysis.
