I spoke to Brett Clarke, the former marketing manager, about why Tigers tickets (in particular season tix) are so expensive compared to other clubs. He put it down to our 3 home ground situation. Reserved seats are extremely limited at Campbelltown and Leichhardt. It's simple supply and demand. That's the price for staying at these grounds. It's a bit paradoxical that we pay more for lower standard facilities, but that's the way it is.

Just because theyre limited does not mean they have to be the most expensive…..its not like we are competing with other clubs
All clubs grounds have limits as such

very surprised at the price for the Bulldogs & Souths games considering they have an 80k seat stadium to fill…

Are these all reserved seating prices or GA's?

They are pretty pricey.

Dogs and Seff Sinney always can spruke low prices because they play all their games at the souless concrete toilet and get paid to do so and as such ANZ wants to drop prices to increase food revenue etc.

Parra & Manly have rubbish attendances most of the year and really want to jack up their numbers.

The tickets at Newcastle are right at the ends near the dead ball line.

Leichhardt pulls big crowds of late and the opportunity for guaranteed seating appeals and is charged accordingly. I would like to see a more dynamic ticket pricing system wherein we have our optimum rate and offer discounts for lower attendance average games. As a STH I would not feel ripped off to see this happen

Why? It's a business they're running after all. If we can only sell 5,000 reserved seats, yet Parra, Dogs and Souths have the capacity to sell 20,000, why should they not be higher priced?

The product is the same. .. 80 minutes of football….and yes it is a business and the prices will continue to rise while ever people are prepared to pay, imo the prices atm are over the top, but thats just me.

I agree they're over priced. Especially while there's only two grades playing and the extra 'entertainment' is usually the same useless stuff week in week out.

For once I agree with you Ink! I mentioned this to the club last year and spoke to someone in marketing. They were pretty dismissive and said it's a supply and demand situation. I let my membership lapse this year.

The price that tradition brings…I would of thought by the demands made of the fans to play at small suburban grounds they would pay anything for that traditional afternoon standing on grass!

If they won more games than it would be worth it, like throw in a premiership once in a while. With Hasler or Bellamy it would be worth it because you don't hardly ever get rubbish, more like an investment. With Sheens, you don't know what you'll get.

The more expensive the better I say it means more people want the tickets and more money to support the club. The only way to make them cheaper would be to move away from Leichhardt and campbelltown and have every game at Anz and Sfs . We should be selling tickets at the highest price we can get for them , to be honest Leichhardt tickets are too cheap given the demand ESP on a Sunday Argo - if u want them cheaper buy gen admission or buy a membership I got 8 games for 150 an absolute bargain at less then 20 dollars for a full Argo of entertainment. Go to a show or concert and it's 80 to 100 for the same time or 50 plus at the zoo

They arn't that expensive. GA tickets for kids for just $5 for Broncos and Bulldogs match. They also let Junior League passes in up to a certain time at every home game this season except for Rd 1 sell out.

Even on Friday they gave Bronze members a chance to purchase 2 silver category tickets for $35\. I'm fairly sure I heard that there will also will be a special family ticket price offer for next week’s match against Penrith at Campbelltown.

seems fair.
