I just wonder on a scale of 1 to 10 how many players we have above 7 (if any). Every other club has 2 or more (or signed) 8 out of 10 players in their team. I know people will argue for Stef, Laurie, Douhie but for me they are still a 6.

So we are team with no player above a 6. At best one or two maybe a 7. And every team next year has an 8 or two.

We have the worst roster ever. It is 2000 all over again. ....

0. 0 players who are above a 7 out of 10 or better player. As you say Stef and Laurie (and Blore IMO) are very talented but at this stage of their careers they aren't there yet and they are well behind others in their position.
Another way to look at it is change it from out of 10 to an out of 16 (or 32/2 for most positions) and compare them to other clubs (first string options).
I'm not sure we'd have any players who would rate better than a 12.

Let’s be honest and this is why it’s so hard to be passionate.
The team we put out is full of mostly juniors or players blooded this year.
Madge said as much in the presso having a few senior players out.

The problem with this is and we need to understand how rosters are structured in this comp. our young guys we are blooding are no better then the young guys the roosters or the Storm have blooded this year.

The differnce however lies in the Senior players in both sides.

Roosters have a Stefano in Daniel Suluka Fifita. But they also have a Jared Warea Hargreaves an Issac Liu and a SST.

Roosters or Storm have a Shaun Blore in Egan Butcher and Trent Ioiero. But they also have a Angus Crichton and Felise Kaufusi.
