I have no drama with the club going for either a Prop or Half, however it must be a Marquee type of player that we have been promised, Thurston would be a good fit but then again a quality Prop so Bryce Gibbs can spend a bit more time back at the Magpies learning people skills.
A player signed like Thurston would certainly attract other quality players to the club, what's his baggage like?.
