Over reactions

Injuries have been horrendous the last two years, not just this year - we still made the top 4 last year.

The quality of football our guys generally play seems to have dropped off, however we show brilliant signs of class at times - it's a real rocks and diamonds performance our boys give.

Before the game I posted that I hoped Iosefa would get a run.
He did and played great.
Still hogs it a little too much but is getting to know the team.
BUT….. to suggest he is better than Farah?
People have short memories - Farah is a class above.
Australian rep , should have won the Dally M twice and THE best player in SOO this year.
Has saved our backsides plenty of times.
There is room for both - but Farah should remain at hooker and not be victim of another Sheens shuffle.

No doubt Farah is a better player. Class a nice and I that's not what I meant.

To me. The best half at our club is Farah. He can lead the park around and won't have to race to dummy half every tackle to conserve energy for the brilliance he can produce.

I've been thinking for a while now, and there has been a couple of us, that Farah is our best 7 option.

Now we have an authentic back up 9 that can keep the markers honest and create things.

You can play well and lose and I thought last night we played pretty well.
Circumstances killed us, losing 3 backs and having an extremely reshuffled backline hurt.

The first 20 minutes or so we looked very sharp in attack.

2 tries from the cowboys from counter directly related to our turnovers killed us. One which was a direct result of Lawrece struggling with injury.

The one thing I agree with is that Benji was terrible last night.

Farah was great before being moved to half, that ended that,Iosefa should have played half,he played half for the mounties this season, this would allow Benji to 6 and Farah to stay at 9 where he plays best.

not really, we saw tonight that shuffling positions in the team is EXACTLY what we need
iosefa came on and probably played a better game from hooker than farah has all year (well close too it)..

Quote of the year!

horrendous is peoples acceptance of the consistent bad decisions to play players out of position….

blair was alot better in the front row
iosefa provided a much needed spark from hooker
ryan again killed it from the back
we gave the cowgirls a run for their money with 15 men..
it shows we have the team, we just arent playing them in the right positoons.

as i said elsewhere, idolising farah and marshall because of their history and name is not going to win us a premiership. we need a shake up. some peopleh ere would suck their toesi f they had the chance.. its sickening... they are great players and should be able to handle a switch of positon quite easily.

Are you a new fan?! Farah at half has been tried and failed.

But yeah, a panthers reject is going much better at hooker than the guy we have there who is nsw hooker. Brilliant.

Farah at hooker was killing it, he did show moments at halfback, but is harsh to criticise Farah for not excelling there.
