Parramatta Team...

It's a really well balanced side. They've got: an excellent halves pairing with left and right foot kicking options; major back line strike weapons in Semi and Jennings; a really tough second row and bench who are in great form this season; and some really solid experience at hooker and fullback.

I actually think they're more dangerous with De Gois at hooker than Peats. De Gois has been giving good, early service to the halves (on both sides of the ruck, not just left) and doesn't tend to overplay his hand in the same way Peats does.

I think we need a little perspective. We were going fine until last week in which we had a fair bit going against us. I don't think it is all gloom and doom, sure our second rowers aren't our first choice but other than that and probably Buchanan it is the best squad we can put out there. Parra have played well the last couple of weeks but i don't think they are the type of side to keep it going. They are playing a team everyone expects to put away but i wouldn't be surprised if we pull this out of the bag. We'll need some aggression from our forwards because the Eels forwards have been running very hard recently. Tigers by 4.

Good backs with a quality half in Foran and a tough set of forwards. I hope we turn up for this one.

Norman is dangerous too. And how good is Takarangi going?
I wonder why JT didn't want him to join us?

Because I think he thought Kev is better - could be right again.

If half of what has come out in the last week is true Parra should be forced to stand players down because they are over the cap.

They will stand down Watmough, he is injured and on 800k

Only if he wants to, if he wants to play on they have to cough the coin up.

Yeah, they've put together a top 4 side reasonably quickly with players extremely keen to join and(& tell the media) be coached by Brad Arthur, pleeze, there are people with higher IQ's than these Einstein's mouthing their Managers spiel so hopefully the NRL will do a Melb. on them.

Also, Taylor knows Takairangi from his time at Roosters. TK was there 2010-12, JT joined as NYC coach in 2011.
