Pascoe has overseen some shocking over priced contracts which has kept us in a bad salary cap state.

He's over seen the purchases of Reynolds, MBye, Packer, Dohehi and Joey Leulia for ridiculous prices.

Dohehi and Leulia have not lived up to the money they have been paid and it's cost us this year.

Reynolds is a 500k player at best, MBye 450k, Packer the same. Dohehi was a bench player at Souths not a marquee player he's worth maybe 300-400k.

When I heard about our interest in Joey the red lights and alarms went off, my first thoughts, he's a d**khead, bad defender and a liability then we sign him on that amount of money he isn't a rep player.

Madge can and should take blame for Joey and Dohehi but Pascoe has not had to answer for the recruitment decision he has been a part of as the CEO.

Maybe it's time a new CEO is looked at ?

Does anyone else find it strange that the Chairman is taking the lead now and the CEO is no where to be found except in a coffee shop

NOt at all. Lee H has a very high profile in the NRL and he is highly regarded widely throughout the game. He pours a lot of money into the game through the Blues and other sponsorships and fetes many players and other stakeholders. His words hold weight wider than the Wests Tigers.

i think your very harsh on Dohehi, i actually thought he had pretty good year!!! I love what Lee is doing at the club!! Someone who has a bit of passion and intellegence. I think Pascoe should be the marketing/sales manager at the Tigers as i think he is good in that space. I think he lacks as a CEO and must be held accountable for some of the high price flops. I know im being picky here, but he doesnt look very professional at the moment with that hair cut, at least look the part!!

Was not complaining rather just asking as there has been now a big change in who is the spokes person for the club .

Yes there has been a change. We now have a chairman who is actively engaged with the club.

Is his office undergoing renovations? It’s a good thing Lee is standing his ground and defending the club. Nobody has done it in the past. The joint is different since Lee and Madge arrived.

Aloiai is obviously getting poor advice. I thought he was smarter than he is now appearing?

Showing his true colours..got offered a lot more $ and trashed the club to try and get out. Sits with the Chairman at End of season presentation and says he loves us..next thing we are all a holes.

Paul Crawley will reverse that, wait for it

Interesting point.
I read here yesterday that Lee (our chairman) had a discussion with Crawley last weekend.
