So far this is an example of us rolling out what we believe is a strong NSW Cup team, but too many players lacking the quality and desire required to compete.
I thought the same, yet individually when they play up they look completely different in the NRL. Are we still struggling with an identify crisis with our 2nd tier side?

I believe it’s already been mentioned on another thread. But that the players don’t feel the same passion when playing for Wests as they do when called up for the Wests Tigers hence the lacklustre performances.
And that theory is based on what exactly?

You know, given the Magpies haven’t lost a game in the last month and the NRL side haven’t won a game during the same period.

And given that Western Suburbs have one wooden spoon in the last three seasons and Wests Tigers have three

The suggestion is utter nonsense.

It’s just my observations. But I don’t have Bar Tv so that was my first viewing of the Wests side since earlier in the year.

The boys played their hearts out yesterday wearing Magpies jumpers.
It's nothing to do with the team they're playing for it's the fact that for most players playing at a higher level with better players around them lifts their own performance. It's been happening since 1908.
