While it's obvious that Pascoe has to go, the issue is we need a new board to appoint the new CEO (and chairman). The current board have repeatedly failed in appointing coaches, chairman, ceo etc. They cannot be trusted to appoint Pascoe's successor.

First (at least half of) the board needs to go. Then a chairman can be appointed. Then a new CEO can be sought and appointed.

I will take Pascoe moving on … better than nothing …

Hopefully this is a positive for the club, it is at least a chance for the club to have a look at what isn't working. I am extremely hopeful that Wests Ashfield are being very genuine about this.

At present the club seems to think all is going to change when the pathways system starts churning out star players by the dozen year after year. Sadly it’s not going to happen
