Phone App Issues

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem and sorry if I have missed a thread on it but the phone app keeps crashing and now even after deleting and downloading the app again it is not recognising my username and password saying it's incorrect. Yet I log onto a computer and it's fine?! :bash

I have lost count of how many times I have deleted and re-installed the app and it continues to do the same. :brick:

To highlight exactly whats happening is that sometimes when I open the app it loads 'Hot Topics' as it should and at other times it starts to load, crashes and boots me out.
If 'Hot Topic's' does load I can access any threads listed under 'Hot Topics' but as soon as I hit the menu bar the app crashes and boots me out.

All this has only been happening since the 2013 upgrade, before then it was fine. Can anyone help? :master:

Just give up on the app and use the website on your mobile device. It still locks up but most times you can scroll through topics.

Such a pain… I've had the log in problem for weeks now... I've put a thread up in "site issues"... With no reply. Love the app when it works... But FARK me it's a pisser when it doesn't. PLEASE FIX THIS.
