Agree. This is better for our emotional investment in the team. Choosing experienced players in the latter part of their career is the way to build a team. We haven't paid top dollar on a superstar that can hold the club to ransom and create disharmony within the team.
If some of these players that are approaching 30 aren't cutting it, it won't be a big deal to drop them to reserve grade.
