Thats why Grant slips into the top 3; massive meters from the bench at only 35 minutes. Great impact bench work.

Ava did a similar job. And how about all the offloads!! Where have they been all year.

Jesse got belted so many times but kept running strong all game, not to mention his offload putting Robbie in the clear for his try.

Tough game by all the boys tonight. Well deserved win.
Hope we rest up over the bye & then continue the momentum.

The bench was great and was well used, just when Souths were starting to get a sniff in the second half we were able to reintroduce Woods and Sue who were both fresh

How good was Moses's tackle on Burgess about 8m out from the line! That was something!

Brooks had a few bad reads in him (1 leading to a try) but what a difference it makes when he puts his shoulder in! He easily handled Paul Carter tonight and didn't look to shy away from the contact at all.
Moses' tackle on one of the Burgi on our line was immense too, and Rowdy never stopped working.
Sue tried hard and wore a few, but Grant and Ava really stepped up off the bench and held us strong for a while. It was really good to see Grant not biting at Carter and Brown trying to stir up trouble, the last thing our team needs is an emotional all-in.

IMO it was the best all round team performance so far.

The use of bench this week was excellent and all four bench players added impact.

Aloiai is only 20 years old and his first full year of NRL. Maybe he is struggling with the week in week out grind of NRL.

Maybe Aloia can be rested and Chee-Kam can have a go at Second Row.

We are so lucky Teddy stayed with us. Quality player.

Fresh Prince, Noffo and Moses defended well.

Moses best game for the NRL club.

Love the pass game tonight and having both centres scoring tries.

Lovett has to be our most improved player this year.

Yeah that was a great try saver. I noticed he made a couple of good tackles taking out the legs last night.

I'm just not sure he's suited to playing out wide. He still hits it up like he's playing in the middle and it doesn't seem to instinctively occur to him yet to look to get on the outside of his opposite number. He runs hard though and can put a hit on in defence. Lovett on the other hand seems to be running much better lines as a second rower.

Moses was great in defence. He is so tenacious. He'll make plenty of errors in defence, but they won't be of the Benji "not trying" style. I was also very pleased to see 11 runs. That's what the team needs.

Lovetts stats make me smile.

He's come a long way this year, most improved for sure.

he's always been a pretty damn effective tackler

i think his debut season he was sitting on like 97-98% efficiency or something crazy like that. amongst the top in the league. and that was with 3 digit tackles
