Not sure what the position is with Thompson. Still hasn't signed with anyone for next year- he was even in the extended NZ squad.
Moltzen won't be going anywhere unless we sign someone to cover us in the spine.
Not sure about Rowe, Buchanan and vela. Think one of them signed for manly iirc but not entirely sure.

Losing those first tier players is probably what has allowed us to upgrade Brooks, Moses, Tedesco, Woods, Nofoaluma and Simona tbh. Moltzen is probably going to stay now that Austin is gone and he has a year on his contract. Buchanan, Rowe and Thompson aren't going to be clearing much space in our salary cap if they go. Buchanan and Rowe especially would be on min contracts. It does make sense how we aren't really armed with much cashola to make big signings. If we wanted to make real moves we have to free up the cap space of a guy like Blair or Lawrence. Those two are both okay but they would be taking up near a million between them. We could sign three better players for their going rate imo.
