All sides turn over their squads, ours is probably fractionally higher than normal.

We had a couple senior players retire, and moved on a lot of players at the fringe of the squad, presumably to make room for the next generation coming through…..If we did not do this and provide opportunity for the likes of Lodge, cherrington and alike the forum would be demanding we sign them.

I think I have mentioned this before but Bennett ,Hasler and Bellamy talk about turning 20% of your entire roster every season

A lot of youth, yes, but when we have the best batch of kids we've ever produced why wouldn't we give them a go?!

Thats sounds a lot but I suppose its only 5-6 of the top squad. Thats a minimum for any club that doesnt make the 8.
