the game tonight will be tight.

when wests-tigers get a penalty, within the opponents 20 metre area do they either:

1\. take shot for goal, worst happens miss the goal, but kick ball dead and get it back from a drop out. 😛ray:
2\. take the tap, go for broke, in attempt to score a try drop ball and handover possession. :brick:

IMO take the shot for goal.

Depends on the circumastances at the time.
0-0 = take a shot
6-0 = take a shot
0-6+ = take a tap

How about if we get a penalty in our 20m line we kick for touch and gain more than 15m. If we can do that I will be happy!

If the game is going to be that close and it's late in the game, take the tap and if this doesn't produce a try, take a field goal shot and win by one point at least.
