Seems then that all those people that you wrote recently should be forced to wear masks in public, now instead of cowering, must be brave and stare down this aggressor of a virus, at the risk of both themselves and others.

I don't care if he doesn't want to wear a mask, but do care about the results of the message that it sends, just as all his mutterings do.
