Asking for thoughts on a royal commission into the Robodebt fiasco and particularly so in light of not only nobody being held responsible and avoiding judicial oversight with settlement, but again rejecting a premise that it caused so much distress?

With the number of expected suicides and associated harm to other people's physical and mental health due to the process it begs questioning and especially so when compared to the pink batts commission which arose from only four deaths, which were within normal parameters due to the volume of installations and the minister moved on despite not being made aware of foil related electrocution deaths in NZ, plus only minimal difference in fires etcetera.

Surely, in the absence of accountability from within the government, a complete and thorough investigation is warranted and Morrison has been in key positions at every juncture.

Two and a half weeks post an election he lost by more than 6 million votes and his opponent also won in excess of 30% more of them in the electoral college than his total, he comes out and lies to the nation once again by stating that he won.

This is not an action of a fighter, rather a narcissist that is knowingly endangering democracy. Worse still, he has a tax payer paid press secretary in bull dung Barbie out there lying on his behalf and even stating that the previous administration didn't allow the transfer of power. This despite his opponent conceding the morning after, getting invited to the white house two days later and attending within a week of the election.

Of course, all agencies were also available for the transition process whenever the incoming administration requested.

He has nothing to negotiate with and so is creating conflict and as much pain as possible so he can negotiate a favourable exit for himself and his family. If he doesn’t, the likely outcome for Mr Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon will be that he dies in jail.

He’s not winning in the courts, so his next move is to invite Michigan lawmakers to the White House to try and get them to install his own electors. It’s corruption in broad daylight and I wouldn’t rule out criminal charges once his squatting in the White House ends on January 20.

Yet we have the General that was in charge of the theatre when many of these atrocities occurred now chief of the military and fronting it's release, which is not much of a release considering it's lack of transparency due to do much redaction. It must be remembered that Cambell was the one complicit if uncomfortable, in the concealment of information from the public alongside Scott Morrison during the ridiculous "on water matters" period, that was the forerunner for the continued lack of transparency of this government. That our government is also prosecuting an army lawyer and journalists for their revelations is horrendous, and there is a good article from Laura Tingle of which the text of the first page follows.
