As a team we have been soft and full of excuses for some time.
Fundamentally changing that culture will annoy some people. Doesn;t mean it's the wrong thing to do though.

Rothfield is a typical lazy Hack, the 3 new Coachs are all putting their respective Squad Players through the Mill, its a given when a Club has had a poor season and the Coach is replaced, the Players know that pre season will be a little tougher than usual, but if a Hack asked the majority of Players at most Clubs a few will complain its overly hard, nothing new just a Hack trying boost his ratings with the Editor and Readers with the usual nudge nudge wink wink tripe!
If Mick isn't flogging his Squad he's not doing his job, if Players are not complaining, he's not doing his job!

Our squad needs to be tougher and I hope Potter is flogging them in the pre season. All I ever hear from new players at the Melbourne Strorm is how hard pre season training is and look at the results they have as a club.

Every player needs to compete for a position in the 17 no matter who they are.

Looking forward to a more fitter and competitive side in 2013.
