Why don't you just send your pay check every week to The Forum ??
Half those questions and points have been posed by the Forum
Someone buy Ritchie an IQ please
@Knuckles said:Good interview.
So much for Ray Hadley telling everyone he is good as gone.
@Flametrees said:Why doesn't anyone ask him about our terrible recruitment for next year??? Worst buys in the league. This is the same coach who said in May that he was happy with how Blair was playing. I believe he deserves a second year but he has a massive job to survive

Phew
Deal a bit smaller than original speculation. 750k per year.
Mayer delivers to his word again. Safe hands.
@Chadman's Ghost said:I'll start by saying that I'm glad it seems Potter will be HC next season.
With that said, I want him to stop bringing up how he's been forced to play all the youngsters this season, or how injuries have effected the club, when people start asking about the results on the field.
It's not that I don't think they are factors- they are, and to a degree, perhaps the biggest factors- but I want the coach to own the failings, not find excuses.
I'd rather hear Potter say he hasn't done a good enough job this year, and have commentators, board members, the CEO or fans make the excuses for him, rather than hear him explain away why the Tigers have failed this season.
Maybe I'm being picky, but I don't like hearing any coach, of any sport, try & justify why things haven't gone right. I want to hear the coach tell me he understands he's 'failed', so that I know that the coach understands where he needs to be at next time around.

I heard Potter interviewed on the BSB last Monday, when questioned about our form and results this year Potter said the HC is responsible for the results and he even took some of the blame for Benji's poor form this year…Potter is a non frills type of coach one the Tigers desperately needed after Sheens.
