I posed this question a few weeks back, who has/had it tougher? both walked into a rabble both on and off the field, both coaching a side who they had no input in assembling and both have hit rock bottom. I think theres a strong case to say Potter has had it worse
* Feuding boards/feuding supporters
* 1 half of the JV almost bankrupt
* Guys who are grossly over-paid and grossly under-performing (to put it nicely)
* A playing roster he had no control in putting together
* 3 home grounds
* The overall boys club culture of the playing roster
You'd be hard pressed to make an argument that Kearney had it tougher imo
