Jacob Liddle has commenced running stage of rehab 5.5 months after suffering a multi-ligament knee injury (ACL + MCL/PCL?).
Return usually at best 8-9 months but more likely 10-12. Multi-directional instability extends rehab, eg isolated ACL injury often return to run: 3-4 months
