WESTS TIGERS

The Wests Tigers return for their first pre-season training under new coach Jason Taylor on November 5.

Dene Halatau missed the last two games of the year after having an ankle scope but is expected to be fit for pre-season training.

Robbie Farah needs nose surgery and will have it at the end of the Four Nations and will return to training after the Christmas break.

Tim Moltzen fractured his kneecap in the 2014 pre-season before returning to the field via the NSW Cup in August. He iced his comeback after just 20 minutes and returned to the rehab group. Moltzen is expected to make a full comeback next year. James Tedesco (knee) suffered a patella fracture, similar to that of teammate Moltzen. Tedesco is rehabing the injury and is expected to be fit for selection in round one.

David Nofoaluma (knee) damaged his ACL in July, suffering a partial tear. He has had surgery to repair the damage and should resume full training in the new year.

Keith Lulia damaged his neck against the Cowboys in August which threatend to end his career however he will put on the boots in 2015.“Keith Lulia will miss the remainder of the season after scans revealed a small vertebrae fracture in his neck,” a club statement read following the injury. “After consulting with a specialist, Lulia received an estimated recovery time of eight to 12 weeks.”

Prop Keith Galloway (shoulder) and halfback Luke Brooks (hamstring) finished the season in the rehab group but both are expected to be available to start pre-season training.

How the hell do you "favour" a testicle?

I'm sure I'm missing the joke there.
I'm not sure if I want to ask what it is…

Keith Lulia not looking too good.

This picture definitely showing his on the mend , he must of been in an induced Coma as his got a dressing in the trachea area , all those leads is just a heart monitor and a bit of oxygen , and seems his got a Chest drain . Good on him wish him well .

Teddy was in the training pictures today running so he must be getting better probably won't get tackled yet but looking good. Moltzen was running and passing so that is good. Nofo was also doing the running drills so his knee looks ok.

Chance Peni is a unit and looks quick hope he can tackle and we may have a good one.

Wests Tigers Physiotherapist Peter Moussa provides the latest injury news on James Tedesco, David Nofoaluma and more as the team begins pre-season training.

Watch the video above for all the latest news and scheduled return dates.

They mentioned that Moltzen had an infection which caused his knee to flare up when he made his comeback. I was actually worried before hearing this because I was concerned the same thing would happen to Teddy. Both Teddy and Moltzen seem like they're recovering well though which is good to see. Hopefully Teddy will be fit and ready for the start of the season.

Billy Tringas has to be the unluckiest footballer of his generation!
Surely, no 110% dedicated and naturally talented professional could have ever imagine that a a career might be tragically put on hold due to his testicle rupture sustained from what was simply over-training!
(This must be a cautionary tale for all professional athletes: extreme exercise regimes must only be carried out under direct guidance of qualified sports scientists.)
Billy now lays idle, not a sound can be heard!
No exertions are possible.
No more stepover armlocks and camel clutches in the tackle.
No more Koji clutches under the high ball.
No more inverted octopus pumphandle matrix to confuse the marker.
Nothing.
Billy's tackle technique may never return.
And so a possible tragic end to a stellar career.
You can have your Billy Slaters.
For me, there's only one Billy Tringas…...

Look people may blame Farah for our demise in 2014 , but their is only one culprit and it was Tringas

He screwed this club to its core
