Roosters 4 (Carney 2/2 goals)

MOM Gibbs

Crowd 14500

Sounds like a spiteful game! Marshall kicking penalty goals, Carney kicking Penalty Goals…... I like it!

😛ray: Tigers win
AND I will go to church (if I can find one that will take me) on Sunday.

U can come to my church if your in Sydney,

I think he was talking about Leichhardt Oval.

A lot of dropped ball so which ever team is able to hold onto it the most I think will win. Tough one to predict because of the conditions. The wet weather won't suit our running game with the Roosters sending big forwards up the middle constantly. If we can dominate the ruck and the middle and hold on to the ball we should have enough points in us to get through. Look for Farrah to have a big night running from dummy half around tired forwards and Ellis to be loving the Old Dart conditions. Anasta will be bombing ther hell out of our backs with a very slippery ball. Tigers by 2.

The rain will clear on Friday, the hill will still be like standing on soap and the crowd, on average will slip 2.5 metres.

Tigers by 18+, in the first clash between Wests Tigers and the chooks at Leichhardt.

There goes my first prediction - the rain ain't going nowhere today.

wet pitch, the team with the best kicking game and the bigger forward pack will win. That rules us out

Maybe in 2006 it did. I don't believe so today though.

Our pack is pretty formidable these days, and the roosters don't run a MASSIVE pack anymore…

Galloway, Woods, Payten, Ellis, Fifita, Gibbs - All big boys. and then Heighington - Plays like he's 6ft 4 and 120kg....

Our kicking game is ordinary and its not the size of our forwards so much as the way they are used. We dont rip and tear up the middle, we tend to rely on quick plays with quick play the balls and that will not happen in the wet

If this weather keeps up we will be lucky to get 8,000 - 9000, also this rain is a great leveller & i hope we can win this game, but even though its wet we need to get out there & support the tigers & get them home against the roosters.

Or mine if you're on the Central Coast!

As for my tip: Roosters - 18, Tigers - 8
I have faith, but no confidence, unfortunately :frowning:

Anyone know what this is paying on the TAB?

Lots imo

Plenty if you pick that exact result. Tigers by exactly 8 at the TAB usually pays about 17 or 18/1?

**Tigers 19
Roosters 12**
FTS - Lote
LTS - Benji
MOM - Benji
Crowd - 14 500

Woooooohoooooo!

One thing I can guarantee:
Laurie Daley in his commentary will say how lucky the Tigers are, how good the Roosters are, including Anasta and Pearce. He will also say that the roosters just need a little luck and will run over the tigers. He will say Farah is a waste of space in bad form.

I will give you 1.0001/1 odds for that.

Tip: Stick to your current job, bookmaking is not for you.
