Anyone else but me mildly interested. Early days but were due a good run with injuries and if so were right in the mix. Might not be better again this year.

05 was very profitable for me.

Can smell similarities and possibilities.

If we are playing the same football in 6-8 weeks time we will be half that quote. Injuries a big concern as usual.

I have $10 on them at about 34-1 late last year and then another $10 when they were at 51-1 leading into the first round. I was seriously tempted to put another $10 on them when they were offering 80-1 after the dragons game. I still think we are overpriced at 26-1, which shows we are not getting the respect we deserve. You can't tell me, for example, that Newcastle and the Warriors should be shorter priced to win the comp than us.

got a sneaky tenner on us to win the comp when we were at $67 and also $20 to make the 8 at around $5.

Just reckon this is a very even comp and also like 05 the rules around the play the ball favor us.

Manly Easts Souths and the Dogs look like lead foots to me. We have a team with no pressure on them which plays to the end not the scoreboard.

Injuries are the key but we are due a good run. And we have a measure of depth.

$3.50 to make the 8 looks like charity.
